We celebrated a milestone birthday at the Terrace and had a truly lovely experience. The food, ambiance, and service were all outstanding, and the staff went out of their way to add a thoughtful birthday touch that made the evening especially memorable. Highly recommended.
Our server Lily was amazing. Pleasant and efficient with the correct amount of attention. Very pleasing and enjoyable! The appearance of the room is beautiful. The wide doors to the bar area were open and the noise was not enjoyable when trying to have a conversation, along with the expected fine dining experience. The smaller walk-through section to the bar had a portion of the counter that could be lifted, and the same bar staff individual dropped it each and every time she...
A lovely afternoon tea in a beautiful setting. We noticed a marked improvement from previous visits, that the service was much more warm & gracious this time, as you should expect with afternoon tea, but had been lacking in previous visits.
