Had a quick stop here to grab an iced latte. The location is decent just downtown. The interior and ambiance is just like a normal coffee shop. Service is great and timely. The latte had a burned bean taste and I couldn't see a proper espresso machine.
There are so many good options here in terms of milk tea, brewed tea, and ice cream. The owners are also very welcoming and the whole atmosphere of this place makes it a perfect study spot near William & Mary. I highly recommend Secret Garden!

The bubble tea here is hands down the best in the Hampton Roads, and the price is also reasonable despite located in a tourist area. It's cheaper than some of the other nearby bubble tea places. The tapioca pearls are always well cooked and their milk teas are rich in flavor and very creamy. The coffee is great as well.
