Got the shack pack. Food was hot in fresh. Not the best fish I ever had but it won’t bad. Shrimp was okay. Fries were nice and crispy. Cornbread was cold but maybe that’s just how it’s served. Overall not bad.
It’s been a long day so we decided to go buy shrimp shack from the time we walked in we were greeted professionally. Customer Service was excellent throughout our whole dinner meal. They made a mistake, but quickly resolve the issue and took care of us without any additional charges this place is great. Take your time out to go there and eat. again, great customer service. I went here today for lunch and my experience was exceptional!! I can’t eat dairy and I have a tree nut allergy. The staff were so accommodating and the manager came out and spoke to me directly. He was so helpful in telling me everything I could eat and made changes to the food so I could eat it. The other staff were so nice and welcoming.
