The coffee was okay. The employees just looked at you, didn't speak or welcome you. There was one young lady who finally said something to me. Made me feel like Black people really wasn't welcome.
This Starbucks location is quite spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is generally very pleasant, and it tends to be moderately busy, particularly at the drive-thru. The service is also quite fast. Overall, I find this Starbucks to be well-managed.
Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.
This location has become my new favorite location to go to in the area. I go inside here almost every day. It’s clean, staff is great, and the product is better in average than other locations.
There are a decent amount of highly self entitled people in this area who take a small wait or not stopping everything you are doing to immediately meet their needs as being disrespectful. Not saying...
