A bug crawled out of by subway sandwich from this store. They are reusing to refund me and I have been trying for a month.

I’m hoping that the owner sees this review. I walked into this Subway location at 3:00pm on July 1st. The a/c was not working. The thermostat said 95 degrees. How dare you have your employees work in these conditions! I went ahead and ordered my sandwich and tipped the staff well. This restaurant should not be open until the a/c is fixed.

There is a Chinese woman who is crazy, but she screams and shouts so much that I will never advise anyone to go away from where she is.

I went here on Thursday (7/4/24). Right after I went there, the short asian older lady started saying very loudly and aggressively "What do you want?? You want veggie??" before I even told her what I wanted. We are muslim and we wear the hijab (cover our hair). Not sure if that's why she assumed we wanted vegetable right off the bat, but yelling like that to a customer was very rude. She seemed very annoyed that we were there. I told her I wanted a foot long italian with Tuna, but she kept acting very confused that we wanted Tuna. Then she whispered something to the tall young asian man and they both laughed about it and he took over and did the rest of the order. I don't know if she has bad history with muslims, but she seemed xenophobic. We are south asian. How are you an asian treating another asian like that?? The audacity to be xenophobic while being an east asian not living in your own country is crazy. Don't you have your own problems like stoping asian hate? lmfao so it makes no sense. Also, we came all the way from New York. You live in fckass Virginia so keep it cool. If she did this in NY, I wouldn't hesitate to speak up. But we were at a new place, so we tried to be as nice as possible.

For the second time, I've placed an order in the app, and the sandwiches are anemic at best. My btl had next to no lettuce, smothered in mayo, and 2 pieces of onion. It's like if they aren't making it in front of the customer, they couldn't care less about quality. Is this the true charge of using the app for convenience?

Stopped in here with my daughter for a quick bite before heading in. The food overall was good once it was correct but that took some doing. They tried to reuse someone else’s sub for me by adding items to it and retoasting it. I stopped that and had it remade. The employee named Mason kept cursing about things in the store during the entire process. Then the entire time we were eating he was constantly singing songs loudly while cursing. All this with small children in the store.

Jay Makes The Best Subway Sandwiches! I'll Fight Anyone That Disagrees!
Veggies usually decent, except spinach is often wilted and slimy unfortunately. Manager lady (I assume due to way she talks to staff) always has a scowl on her face and is not friendly at all! I hate speaking with her and have considered turning around and walking out when I see her often, but only have so much time to grab lunch. Other members are friendly though and make nice sandwiches.

Despite recent advertising, the salad is alive at Subway. Grilled chicken salad bowl was quickly and efficiently built, extra tomatoes and cucumbers added upon request at no added cost. Store was clean. Staff was friendly.

The African American ladies that took my order today were very rude and disturbed. Throwing my food onto my Sandwhich, with nasty attitudes I wouldn’t recommend if those ladies are still there and was very nasty to my 6 year old son do better with the hiring process
