They no longer give samples- which was very disappointing especially since the sugar free cheesecake flavor had a terrible aftertaste. We had 2 small bowls- mine wasn't half filled, and it was over $18! You might as well purchase filet mignon for that price!!

This store does not honor coupons sent by sweet frog. I have never had a location refuse a store coupon. Disappointing since on a normal day I pay full price and those coupons sent by sweet frog are a nice break. Staff was not too friendly to add to the matter.

I watched the worker and manager try their very best to handle a uncomfortably rude customer and even though she was relentless they kept a calm smiling demeanor (very difficult to do). Then when she was taken care of my 10 year old daughter stepped up to check out and he smiled at her like nothing had happened and was so very kind. It's such a difficult thing to keep a smile while being treated that way! Keep up the good work!

Kid-friendliness: Everything is open and ready to enjoy. Whatever the kids wants they can have. They charge you by the ounce.
