Staff insists calling by the name while can't pronounce my name, leading to awkward and tension. Had to change to an easier name just for Taco Bell. Not that bad an experience for me, but might not go as well for others.
I don't eat here much but the one closest to me closed (Pocahontas Trail). That could be a blessing in disguise because that place was riddled with problems. This Taco Bell seems to never be busy so I worry that it won't last much longer. We'll see.
The food is always prepared correctly and the window attendant is always friendly and polite. I once had a missing taco from my drive through order years ago but they offered to give me a free one...

Lindsey, Nat and Bill have excellent customer service and go above and beyond for their customers. They have excellent hospitality too. Plus, the food was delicious and was served to me and my family quickly. I would definitely come back to this location!
