I stopped here during a road trip. I had coffee, mini donuts, and a breakfast sandwich, all of which were delicious. I’m really upset this isn’t near where I live, because I’ve been searching for a comparable place but I’ve come up short.

Hidden gem! Lovely atmosphere, delicious breakfast sandwiches, sweet treats, coffee ( with the unlimited cup/free refills), exceptional service! What else could you ask for? Lindsey and Charlotte were there on a VERY BUSY Saturday, and they did an awesome job! I called in my build your own breakfast sandwich (biscuit, 3 eggs, american cheese). So yummy and filling! I couldn't fit in any of their sweet goodies which was a real shame. The Sipping Flea has an amazing selection of delightful desserts to tempt your sweet tooth! Mostly everything is MADE IN HOUSE which makes it even better. They are closed on Sunday and Monday, so get there early because they may run out of what you want :-( and they stop serving breakfast sandwiches at 11:00. Try the Sipping Flea folks, and trust me you will be SO GLAD you did!!!
Vegetarian options: Build your own egg sandwich. You have your option of bread, bagel, biscuit. Add meat or not. Add cheese or not. Egg of course. I had 3 eggs. Absolutely delicious and filling! Yummy on a biscuit! :-D

Such a cute place with great coffee and donuts and bagels. Such an inviting and comfortable place with such friendly service. We will be sure to visit again. It is important to get there early as they sell out early. Plenty of selections though.

First time visiting and planning to come back, especially with family. The owners are very nice and mentioned all the different items they offer. The decorations and setup are great, from their bulldogs to the comfortable furniture to sit in. 100% recommend anyone who enjoys coffee or pastries to stop by. The charm is wonderful.

The donuts are phenomenal! They also have an amazing selection of teas that you can order iced. The owners are always there and always very friendly and all the bulldog decor is too cute we go very often and I highly recommend
