My son and I went to Windchaser for Mead Making 101. It was a birthday present for me. We had an excellent time! I cannot recommend this enough. Not just for the Meade, but for the people too.By far the best meadery we have ever been too. We travel frequently due to our jobs, and wine, beer, and meade tastings are always our jam wherever we go.Usually there a few when you do a tasting that just aren't your flavor, and I don't want to sound like I am blowing smoke, but literally every single one of the 12+ they poured for us were unique and tasted great in their own way. The mead is extremely delicious! Their flavors taste just like they are descibed unlike other places where you only get hints of those flavors.
