Waypoint is one of our favorite local restaurants for special occasions. This time it was my husband's birthday so we splurged and had drinks, appetizers, etc. Each course was delicious -- we had the oysters and classic crab soup to start (sharing both). Both were fabulous. Between the bread service, and the two appetizers (the oysters included 3 baguettes), I was pretty sure we weren't going to be able to finish our main courses if we wanted to save room for dessert....
I came here last week with my partner. We have never been to Williamsburg and wanted to experience a nice evening out on the town. I don't recall her name, but our server was great and very attentive. The manager/owner, Rick, came by our table too to make sure we were having a good experience. He was professional and passionate about his work which we appreciated. He also said he works at another restaurant, Ember, right in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg, which we were...
We entertained a college friend for her birthday dinner and as always it was the best experience ever. From the time we walked in the door the staff was exceptional as also was the food! Every time we've been to Waypoint we've has the best "Food" as well as experience ever.
