I've been visiting this location for 8+ years and unfortunately they've definitely gone downhill.
Missing food, burnt biscuits or very dry. It's not the first time it's been something almost each time so I just go to other location now.

Food is normally great. Staff is normally great. However, it seems like quality goes way down the closer it gets to closing time. This is to include both staff and food. I’ve received cold food at evening hours and staff tend to be less helpful, bordering on rude at those times. So as long as you don’t go in the evening, you should have a 5-star experience.

First time ever having this and I wasn't disappointed. I would put this above most chicken places selling fast food chicken options. I highly suggest the Cajun Chicken Biscuit sandwich and the peach cobbler.
