I have always had the best customer service in the short time between ordering my food and picking it up at the drive-thru window. The employees are always so personable and kind, often discussing the weather or special holidays/weekends coming up. I ordered a fish sandwich today. All I can say is disgusting 🤢🤮 .It had to be the worst fast food ever.The fish was soggy and it tasted like old cooking oil and like they dumped a whole container of old bay on the top after it came out the fryer. I threw it away. I've never been to bojangles before and most likely will not return.
