I have always had the best customer service in the short time between ordering my food and picking it up at the drive-thru window. The employees are always so personable and kind, often discussing the weather or special holidays/weekends coming up. It’s the little things like that which make it truly the embodiment of Southern hospitality. I have never experienced more genuine kindness from any establishment, be it retail, food, or otherwise. They are consistent in their approach, and this has been my experience with at least 5-6 different employees on different occasions. Their food is fantastic, too. :) I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Whoever is managing this location is truly doing a phenomenal job!!

Service was pretty slow and uncaring. Had to go back to the counter twice to get food that was being prepared. Most times they bring it out to you, not this time.

Went inside to eat, stood in line for 10 minutes while the manager on duty and employees all looked at me before anyone acknowledged me. Finally ordered and I was told it would be another 15 minute wait because they did not have any dark meat. I walked out and will not be returning. This was at 6pm on a friday.

I was there early two mornings ago to get some breakfast in the drive-thru. Placed my order and pulled around to the window. Was greeted by two, very nice ladies. Long story short, my debit card was declined due to a security hold on my account that I wasn’t aware of. I felt really embarrassed and started to hand back my coffee and bottled water, and the lady, which I assumed was the manager (blonde hair), gave me my food and said that it was on them this morning. I was truly humbled by her kindness. She told me to have a blessed a day. Thank you for being kind to me. I promise the next time I’m there, I will pay it forward. Thank you!
I’ve had mixed opinions about Bojangles in the past but the hospitality always swindles me into coming back. The desserts are the real winner here.

My husband and myself stopped for a quick drink and snack while traveling. We went through the drive thru and got the pleasure of meeting your manager Lisa. The customer service was hands down the best service we have ever received at any establishment. The food was hot and fresh and served with a great sense of humor. We even stopped back by today hoping she was working. When we got up to the window she remembered us from the other day and once again didn’t disappointment. We just wanted to say what a true asset you have working for you. I have been a General Manager for many years and people like Lisa are why people come to Bojangles. Thank you so much Lisa. We will definitely be back.
