Honesty I cannot say which location I was at in Winchester because just traveling through.I haven't had Bojangles since left Roanoke, VA 4 years ago & been living in Alexandria...Just Happen to spot Bojangles & did a U turn...Drive thru for a Gravy Biscuit & Ham Biscuit...It was breakfast hours on a Sunday & I wasn't even hungry but I wasn't going to leave without stopping for 2 of my favorites ??...Food was Hot & Delicious !!..The Lady at window was very nice too!!

Stopped in w/grandson. The food is very good, he to agreed. It was not a busy place, so I waited a few minutes for food. Which was fine because it was fresh. I'll be back.

are used to work at a Bojangles a few years back as one of my first jobs, and I can honestly say the Great customer service was good especially melisa/mel she was awesome!!

Decided to stop and have dinner after shopping what a waste of time. Arrived about 5:15pm and waited at the counter for almost 10 min and never got waited on. One employee came out to the front and saw my wife and myself standing there 3 different time and never acknowledged that we were there but return back to who knows where. Then another employee came to the front and had a conversation with a person who came after my wife and me. They acted like they knew each other because the employee was heard telling them that grandma had already gotten the Mac and cheese. Again this employee didn't acknowledged us. After that my wife said let go some place else. I under stand it the holidays but to act like they are is just down wrong and tells me that this location just doesn't care. This falls back on the management, if the management don't care why should the employees. Have always like the good but I guess I'll have to look for someplace else to get a bite to eat.

Bojangles had fantastic food at all locations. However, this location has the best service. My husband and I stop there for breakfast when traveling as it is on the way out from our home. The staff here is always very kind and always has a smile on their faces no matter how busy they are or how slow they are. The drive thru staff are always patient and helpful.
