Food is wrong or too greasy half the time or stale, most of the time employees act like they don't wanna be there and aren't polite. Not one star just for the rare occasion this place has got my order right.

I used to love Burger King. This location has made me hate it. Please read the reviews and do yourself the favor and stay away. Unless you like cold food prepared by miserable folks that are looking to argue. It's like they get bonuses for making your experience as horrible as they can. This has been my experience at this location for the last few years. Consistent garbage. Shut it down!

I do not usually leave reviews but I experienced the absolute most rude and worst customer service ever at 2150 Valley Ave, Winchester BK. Manager in the drive through got my order wrong and proceeded to talk over me the entire time and then refused to take my order. Then I came inside and to speak to a manager, the same person ended up doing the exact same thing then walked away mid conversation without resolving the issue. Our entire family used to go there - they just lost a loyal customer.

They have the worst service ever. I ordered 3 whoppers and asked for no onion and no pickles and got the opposite of what I asked. Not to mention when we paid at the drive thru we added extra nuggets and the guy had a terrible attitude with us. If you don’t like working at a fast food restaurant might as well quit.

Ordered 8 nuggets and a Coke Zero. The nuggets were cold and rubbery and the Coke Zero wasn’t full and tasted off. This has been my second consecutive poor experience at this location.

Worst customer service is not enough to describe what happened to my family and I today at the drive thru of Burger King site located at 2150 Valley Ave Winchester VA 22601. After we decided to end up an argue over a silly coupon and pay the bill in full, the manager made it even worse by yelling, throwing the credit card in my face in addition to slamming the window and using multiple time the F.. word in-front of 4 kids. We drove off and later found that they charged us already. What a shame!!!

I saw 4 employees standing, walking around and going outside to smoke. That's fine because they weren't busy. Why didn't anyone clean?? The tables were nasty. The place looked like it never gets cleaned. There was a guy sleeping in one of the booths and everyone knew it. I think it was the manager that took my order. She looked like she didn't want to be there. I didn't want to be there. I asked for no pickles and got half a jar on my sandwich. I stopped going to Burger King because they're all dirty and unpleasant to talk to. I will stay away.

The worst experience I ever received in my life, I order a food at 10 pm in this location closed at 12am, and this guys was the most rude and he was mad because I order 7 meals and with a terrible actitud and screening to me my order will take more that 30 minutes to make, I talk him it’s ok but you don’t need to have this actitud or speak like this so I talk him you need to apologize and he refuses saying I don’t going to do it, so I drive to the front to take a picture to see the employee and he smile like you can see in the picture, was with my kids in the car it so sad they have to hear this situation and this rude guy, my 12 year son was so mad he want to defend me I will contact to the manager about this situation, they don’t need to have employees like him
