I do not usually leave reviews but I experienced the absolute most rude and worst customer service ever at 2150 Valley Ave, Winchester BK. Manager in the drive through got my order wrong and proceeded to talk over me the entire time and then refused to take my order. Then I came inside and to speak to a manager, the same person ended up doing the exact same thing then walked away mid conversation without resolving the issue. They have the worst service ever. I ordered 3 whoppers and asked for no onion and no pickles and got the opposite of what I asked. Not to mention when we paid at the drive thru we added extra nuggets and the guy had a terrible attitude with us. If you don’t like working at a fast food restaurant might as well quit.

Ordered 8 nuggets and a Coke Zero. The nuggets were cold and rubbery and the Coke Zero wasn’t full and tasted off. This has been my second consecutive poor experience at this location.
