I like the food, but the service is often very slow. I normally use the drive thru and it often seems they do not have enough staff working. I went to this Burger King at lunch today and there was only one person working the drive thru a nd the inside counter. Supposedly the manger/owner knew that they were understafed but did not care. if you are not going to schedule enough staff then you need to close. I had to wait in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. very poorly...read full review
Food was good but the manager didn’t acknowledge us when we went up to the counter as with the other customers who came in after us. No personality.Failes to tell us they were out of bbq sauce til after we got our food although we asked for it when we ordered.something she should have known.
