Good food and service highly recommend
Had lunch at El Oasis in Winchester on Friday. Food was good, but they added 3% fee on to my credit card charge ( not disclosed prior to purchase) so as a customer, I am paying their credit card fees instead of the business paying it. In addition, the 3% is probably 2x-3x higher than the fee the merchant would have paid.
I eat out 6-8 times per week, mostly lunch. This is only the 2nd time in 6 months that I have encountered it, and of course I will never return.
Just discovered this place about a month ago and glad i did. its underrated and i think this place would be packed on any given night if it were in the busier section of winchester. The drinks are fantastic here. Some of the better margaritas in town. I love the interior of this place. really nice decor they have.
