Disappointing Experience – Not Coming Back**
I recently visited this restaurant for the second time, and I can confidently say it will be my last visit. I initially thought my first experience might have been a fluke, but unfortunately, my hopes for improvement were dashed.
From the moment I looked at the menu, I was disappointed to learn that almost everything I wanted to order was no longer available. It was disheartening to find out that, after I had already received the broth, they informed me that the BBQ I had set my heart on was out of stock. Additionally, the vegetarian sushi I was excited to try, which features cream cheese and avocado, was another item they could not accommodate.
After voicing my concerns about the limited options and the frustrations of the experience, I was shocked to see that I was still charged the full amount for a meal I could hardly partake in. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This place needs serious improvements in both menu management and customer service. Save your time and money; there are plenty of better dining options available!

First time going last night! The lady that waited on us was fantastic! She explained how everything worked as it was our first time. The food was amazing&the hot pot was fun! Great variety! Highly recommend!

Awesome food, awesome value, awesome service! My family and I drive over 45 minutes just to eat here. Definitely happy to come back every time!
Would give the service 6 stars if it let me! Came to eat with my girlfriend about 30 minutes before they closed. Most places are quick to bat eyes at you and give you looks but the owner was the sweetest lady! She walked over every so often and insisted we can go grab whatever whenever despite it being past 11! She was so so kind and it just made everything so much better. It’s our second time there and she welcomes us with open arms!

I personally enjoyed it and thought it was very innovative but the wife got very sick and had to be hospitalized shortly after eating. Hopefully we are the only ones. Be careful with cross contamination and cook everything thoroughly!

Today we tried hot pot for the first time! I have to say, it was pretty fun! The teens really enjoyed it. You start off with a broth base, then gather your own ingredients and boil it yourself right at your table.
Ingredients range from veggies, seafood to different meats both fresh and frozen. Use the tablet to order mto BBQ, hibachi and sushi and have it brought straight to your table.
The staff was super amazing, patient and friendly as they taught us all how to enjoy our meal to the fullest.
I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new and fun! The food is all you can eat for a set price, only drinks and specialty things are an additional price.

I have been here twice now, and it was amazing both time. The true value is eating in-house, and for the amount of food you get it is one of the best or the best deal in the area. Not to mention the food is just really good, and servers are very kind and polite and helpful if you need anything.

Hadn't tried hot pot ever previously. The food was amazing we all ordered miso broth and picked out various toppings. We also ordered the sweet potato sushi which flipped our perception of sushi in a delightful way. And on top of that we got California rolls, Crab raggons, fried dumplings and red bean steamed buns, for drinks a few of us got various bubble teas. All of it was so scrumptious that it was worth coming from Wisconsin to get, service was also great checking on us and helping us navigate our first hot pot experience. Wished we lived closer, thank you to the restaurant for the wonderful experience.

Was a little on the pricey but service was good. Both from the table and from the area you grab food. Food was good but was very disappointed that they only have hot pot and sushi. Was looking forward to the BBQ part too but they explained how they couldn't do it because if voltage issue from the mall itself so it's understandable. I wouldn't recommend going and I myself will be going again. So for my 4 star it's just because it's a little pricey but besides that it's a really good place
