Food was good. First time hot pot. Ingredients were top notch. Way too much food. Kinda pricey.

But seriously everything here was great from the hot pot soup, to the sushi, to the hibachi and Korean BBQ.

The waitress took a long time explaining how to take and prepare the soup. Then I grabbed raw food for the soup in plastic plates, but there were no trays, and two plates fell. There were a lot of sauces, but none were labeled, making it impossible to try them all and figure out which was which. Again, there were no trays. So, I could only take three of sauce to try, and I ended up with one mayonnaise and one ketchup, which I absolutely did not want. Then she started explaining to me for a long time that food can only be eaten in the restaurant and that taking food to go is prohibited. She repeated this so many times! When I told her that I had heard it ten times already and that was enough, she finally stopped. It was very unpleasant, as if I were a thief intending to rob the restaurant and load up on food! After I ordered sushi and other dishes, they told me that you don’t eat like in a church here! (Do people go to church to eat?) The sushi turned out to be tasty, but I never received the crab legs
And two more dishes. The seaweed salad was good, but the Spring Roll was undercooked inside. Then the waitress told me that if I ordered something and didn’t eat it, I would have to pay a $15 fine. That was also very unpleasant. My mood was quite spoiled throughout my time there, and not just once. Then she even looked with a ladle in the my pot to see if I had eaten everything! The chefs who brought the food looked at me very strangely and unfriendly. I was very surprised by such treatment! This was the first time I encountered something like this! I had first such a bad experience from Buffett what I ever had. And it is pretty expensive. On a bill they have the recommendation for the tips…

Our group of eight enjoyed a wide variety of dishes, and nothing went to waste. The hot pot was exceptionally fresh, well-presented, and meticulously maintained, offering an extensive selection both at the table and across the menu. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service, remaining attentive and consistently welcoming with genuine smiles.

The family that runs this place does a great job. All made to order food was delicious. The buffet of items was kept stocked. The wait staff was very attentive. Quality of food was above what I was expecting. Everything was fresh. Killed it! Will be going again. Just wish they had korean bbq at the table, that would take it to the moon.

This family is amazing for bringing this experience to winchester. My wife and I travel 2 hours just to have the hot pot experience. Im not good with names but the lady in my opinion is very very friendly and the family members bringing the food is just so cute! Side note last time we where in we love the hair cut on homie!

this place is ‘good’ if you’ve never had hotpot before. but if you’ve had hotpot before, this is probably the worst hotpot place you'll ever go to. very poor quality foods, very strange grab and go set up. overall -2/10

This was amazing quality! I never stopped in because it was in the mall and I assumed it was mall food. I can assure you... IT IS NOT! Fresh ingredients, even some exotic items like quail eggs etc. The servers were perfect, friendly and fast. Everything was clean and comfortable. I can definitely reccomend this for anyone! Kid friendly, date friendly, family friendly.

We have always loved this place so much! They use to be so good but they kinda went down hill. Last time we went there was roaches crawling on the walls and table we ate off. I left a note with the dead roaches and I unfortunately will not be back. To make it worse some of the seafood was really bad . Sucks I love this place but that just grossed me out so bad. I even took pics of the roaches but cant post them

The staff are friendly and nice, restaurant seatings are quite spacious and very quiet but the atmosphere is so-so. Food variety is OK, but you have to order thru the pad for a lot of good stuff instead of picking them from the shelves yourself. Dressings are not very tasty. The hot pot stoves heat up really slow! Seafood sashimi came not very fresh. My husband and daughter thought it was very good though.

It was a little busy given the holiday but the staff was great and the food was good. They were even able to provide my mother with gluten free hot pot broth!

I went alone, having never had the hot pot experience before or even knowing how it worked. This place is so cool! I'm excited to say, the food was fantastic and ordering couldn't be easier!! I kept thinking that I'll have to return with my family next time - looking forward to it. Highly recommend!!!
