Once again, my order was wrong. Granddaughter loves the subs, so I once again take her. Receipt was correct, order done wrong. Your subs are expensive, and it makes me mad when mine isn't done right. Get it together and READ the order. Quit the BS talking to each other about the night before and the weather! READ and clean the sticky tables please!

We were long time patrons of the Firehouse Subs in Manassas. Therefore we were delighted when the chain opened a store in Winchester. After waiting awhile for the novelty to wear off. The staff at the Winchester store were friendly and courteous. The speed of product delivery was impressive and the taste of the food was excellent as always.

I have been going to this location for many years now. Every time I come here, I am always greeted with friendly “welcome to firehouse!” as soon I walk in the door. This makes me feel very valued as a customer. The staff here are always pleasant. The food never disappoints and is very amazing. The service is quick and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat!
