Staff is very attentive. We were in for a family dinner, 7 adults and 5 kids. The staff were very attentive to the kids (ages 7-3 years), which made a great dining experience for them. Food was very good and fresh, and yet still affordable. Job well done, we will be returning when we shop in Winchester.

For the price point (about $20 per person all in), the buffet offers a large amount of food. Most of it is bland and none of the hot dishes were even luke warm. That being said, there are some decent items. The pork dumplings were delicious and tasted good. The butter seafood (mostly shrimp) is decent, and the prime rib was not bad. Some of the sushi had a weird taste - like it contained hand sanitizer or a cleanser of some sort?!? Not sure, but I do not recommend eating the sushi....
