This is the first time at this ihop that I wasn't happy. My toast was cold my bowl of grits, was so cold the buttered didn't even melt, my eggs were overcooked and cold.

I have been to a lot of ihop restaurants. This is by far the fastest, friendliest, and cleanest i have ever been too. The management even cared about the cleanest enough to purchase glade air fresheners for each stall of the bathroom. We came in , got seated and hardly had to wait for our food.
I had the steak omelet that had very little overcooked pieces of steak all over it and my girlfriend had the spicy pablano omelet that was not spicy at all and her meat was dry and overcooked. Definitely disappointed because we always have good food at IHOP.
