Never had a bad meal here. Service is fast, friendly, and prompt. A weekend staple for my mother and I.

We stopped at 8:30pm. Walked in. We were greeted immediately. The waitress asked how many people in our party. We responded with we wanted to-go orders tonight. She handed us a menu, gave us a couple of minutes to decide, another waitress appeared and took our order. Less than 15 minutes after we walked in we had our food and were happily on our way. Everything was great. Service, hospitality, food. No complaints at all.

Ok overall. It was busy this a.m. with the breakfast crowd. We were seated and ordered quickly, but did have to wait a bit for the food. The breakfast sampler was good and I ordered the new pancakes banana fosters which were tasty but I should have poured a little extra plain syrup on as pancakes didn't quite have enough of the fosters sauce on it so a few pancake bites were on the dry side. I didn't want to use plain syrup though as I wanted to taste more of the fosters sauce. Our server was pretty attentive during breakfast. No 5 star rating, but IHOP is generally just a consistent breakfast chain to go to.

I ordered some pancakes and sausage over uber eats and I do have celiacs so I ordered the gluten “friendly” pancakes. The pancakes were good but had a pretty bad reaction to the traces of gluten that were in the pancakes. Wasn’t super bad but I do wish there were more precautions with making the pancakes fully gluten free.

It ihop folks. Either you love it or hate it. Service here is hit or miss. I have had several great and a few terrible services.

The food was pretty ok other than the fruits and vegetables were old exp: my bananas were brown on my French toast the waiter was pretty cool but the manager was really creepy and weird

Much improved since the last time we were there. I had the eggs, Benedict with hollandaise sauce and avocados with fruit on the side. Everything was delicious. three of us eight for under 50 bucks with Tip!

We visit this restaurant about once every two weeks to satisfy our elementary school grandsons. The food is normally prepared quickly and the service is efficient and friendly.

We’ve been frequent customers of this IHOP location for quite some time, and up until now, we’ve never had a reason to complain. Unfortunately, this recent visit—our first since the change in management—was so disappointing that it’s made us reconsider coming back at all.
The service was noticeably poor. We had to flag down our waitress just to ask for basic things like drink refills, a to-go box, and eventually even the check. It felt like we were being ignored, and we weren’t the only ones. We saw several other guests sitting for long periods, clearly frustrated and waiting for any kind of attention.
We even tried to speak to the manager, but found them laughing and joking with the staff instead of being on the floor addressing the delays and lack of service. By the time we finally got our check, people had started walking up to the kiosk to pay on their own because they were tired of waiting.
The only bright spot was one waitress who seemed to be the only person consistently working and trying to help guests. Everyone else appeared more focused on hanging out than doing their jobs.
It’s disappointing to see the quality drop so dramatically under new management, especially when we’ve had such good experiences here before. This visit left a bad taste in our mouths and, sadly, made us not want to return.

Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars. The music was at a comfortable volume, the food was... kind of picturesque. I mean, it looked so good, it looked AI generated.
The staff seemed busy with keeping the place clean and tidy, and it definitely showed.
