Music playing was to loud and not to our liking, majority of people there at 11:30 were over the age of 70 years of age and couldn't understand what the waitress was saying because of loudness and radical Music, other than that everything was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Not enough handicap parking although not sure were all handicap in spaces

McKenzie was amazing... You can tell that they are a little short-staffed and Mackenzie was pretty much taken care of everybody and did an amazing job. ( I think that is her name... She has blonde hair and glasses with a nose ring ) Just wanted to give her a shout out!

This is a very good IHOP. Good, fast service. Food is fresh and orders are accurate. Gluten friendly pancakes are fantastic and are friendly enough.

My mother in law, niece and myself had breakfast before going to The museum of the Shenandoah Valley. They were pretty busy for Wednesday morning but the service was still great and the food came out quickly although the food was just OK. I got the spicy poblano omelet and my mother in law got the Colorado omelette and they both were very mediocre. My niece got the pancake of the month, which was Girl Scout thin mint and they were pretty good!! All in all it wasn’t a horrible breakfast but I won’t be rushing back.

Was in the other day, the waitress I got, Abby, was extremely kind and patient! Great service, decent food for the price and the restaurant was pretty clean
Great food and great service..update 3/23/24 food still pretty good, service so so,now as far as coffee goes a whole other story..Noticed a few visits back,not as good as it once was. Today was no exception not just bad but down right terrible,tasted like they run the same grounds about 3 times..(Basically dirty Water) you gonna SERVE BREAKFAST YOU NEED TO SERVE GOOD COFFEE!!!! BAD COFFEE COULD BE A DEAL BREAKER 4 SOME.

Food was good, service was good. I hate that IHOP is using tablets for payment right at the table. Very uncomfortable with a waitress staring at us while we decide on her tip. Leave the tablet and walk away for a few minutes, PLEASE.
