I could not use my gift card because noone knew how to do it. Even the store manager, Stephanie did not know. The chicken nuggets were old and greasy. No napkins. Restaurant was very dirty.

They were busy bc there was a special, and it was close to closing, but they told me up front, and brought the food out to my car. They were incredibly polite, professional, and right on time to what they said. I would definitely recommend this store.

We always have good service and good food here. The chicken was just the right crispiness and not too oily like some KFCs. I didn't even notice a KFC was there until my son went here after school one day with friends and he came home and specifically asked for this KFC and said it was good so I'm glad I gave KFC another chance. My only feedback (and that is being picky) would be the lobby, although clean, seemed a little old or something. It could use a refresh or update....
