I met one of the owners when he came into where I work one day a good while back. I FINALLY made time with my wife to visit the bakery, and it did not disappoint! I’m enjoying a few slices of a Bacon-pepperjack peasant bread boule for breakfast and it is perfect. We also got 3 danishes, and have been talking about them for a few days now.

Wow, this place truly goes above and beyond! 2 weeks ago it was my moms birthday, 2 days after Christmas, and I needed a cheesecake. She had been wanting one from Knead Bread for months! I thought, 2 days after Christmas? No way. Yet I contacted them and they made it happen!! I drove from DC for this cheesecake and boy was it worth it. Oh my goodness. I’m not the person to go out of my way to write reviews but. I work on the walking mall and i thought I would grab something before my shift. I got the mixed berry danish. One of the best things I've ever eaten. 10/10 cannot recommend this place more. I got a chocolate chip scone as well that I can’t wait to try!
