A general non existent customer service. Problems with app ordering identified to on duty manager. In the month since I have not heard from them. In my experience the pizza is great, but from this location, the service makes them unreliable. And in my case they have apparently decided they no longer want my business.

My Caesar salad was full of brown lettuce and some was slimey. Yuck. I also got a pizza bowl that was half full in a large container. Says it is 2 servings. My first time ordering from there and my last.

Absolutely horrible service and the quality keeps going down. It’s great to call in for a status when it’s not actually delivered per the app. We called in to speak to the manager so she’s aware in case something was wrong with the driver and she spoke over him and said it’s in the way and hung up. When we got it our pizza 30 minutes late it was cold and when we called back she had a screaming match with my husband and was super disrespectful. I called back calmly trying to figure out the situation and she still spoke over me. She is going through things in life, they are short staffed, and the list goes on but nothing justifies the actions of that manager speaking to my husband in that way. We got a refund but I am posted this bc I don’t want anyone else to experience the same. The owner needs to fire this manager because she’s clearly incapable of doing her job as the quality keeps going down and she can’t speak to customers professionally.
