We walked in late last night (8:30-9:00) there was one other customer sitting at a table eating. We ordered at the kiosk (which I hate doing, I prefer to keep people employed). Our food was prepared quickly. My hamburgers could have done with just a little bit less ketchup/mustard (it dripped out onto my shirt) but other than that it was fine. I used an app.and waited and waited for servers to call my name to pick-up the staff never called so I went and looked at the to go shelf and there it was. No call of name while I waited in lobby. Sometimes there's no point to writing a review about a national fast-food restaurant, but here goes. McDonald's in general has moved to those awkward kiosks for ordering, so there are some locations where it is hard to find a live body at the counter. Remember the old counters?
