The ice cream here is delicious! Great for just a quick stop or to sit down! Very nice staff. They are very helpful and help to meet all of your needs! There are lots of great flavors to choose from! It is a popular place but it is not to crowded! Overall Packs just has great ice cream, and a place we like to go every time we are in Winchester!

You get a lot for the money, especially if you upgrade to a large speciality for 20 cents more. Both me and my partner got a large each and didn't realize it was that much. You get double for a large. Get a large if you can share with another person.

I have been stopping by for a vanilla milkshake for almost thirty years. For the last two years my milkshakes have been terrible. Frozen ice, flavorless. Will not be returning.
Nice place to get soft ice-cream cones and more. Lines are long but moves quickly.

An absolute must-visit! This place is an ice cream lover's dream, and it’s a good thing, because you'll want to spend some time here.
The selection is truly insane: I tried to count the different ice cream creations and gave up somewhere north of a hundred. It’s not just about a ridiculous number of flavors; it’s about a ridiculous number of products, and every single thing I tried was unbelievably delicious.
The portions are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth - I'm just glad I don't live next door, or I'd be in trouble!
With tons of seating outside, it’s a perfect spot to just chill and enjoy your dessert.
I wonder if the owners of this treasure trove have considered franchising? I'm sure it would be a huge hit in my home state of Texas.

Amazing ice cream. They had this burst flavoring that I've never heard of before, it was so delicious. I recommend everyone get it! Staff was so friendly and helpful!
