Been coming to this Packs for years but won't be making as many stops as we did before because they have raised their frickin prices yet again and is so aggravating because seems like everyone is on the maximum inflation train these days even our ice cream stops.Wife and I got a medium sundae and a medium cone and was $12 dollars and change... rediculous!Not only have the prices gone up but the people working the stand are apparently new and making mistakes, the girl that made my cone made it twice and when she handed it to me the ice cream fell off the cone and all over my shirt, and to think I had to pay $12 for this.She then had to make it a 3rd time and told her to just put it in a cup.I know that we all like our little treats but think about it people almost $13 for a medium sundae and cone.We all need to stand up to this price gouging and refuse to give them our hard earned money so freely and take the power back.The economy is getting worse so we need bargains and fair pricing more than ever not being taken advantage of and gouged, just sayin.

This location on North Frederick Pike is amazing. The young ladies behind the counter are patient and always pleasant, even when there are 50 people in line a half hour before scheduled closing.The product is second to none and menu choices and specials abound.

I bring my kids here all the time. Normally I have a great experience. But tonight was terrible. While I understand mistakes are made, they obviously weren’t paying attention to what they were doing. After handing two of the orders out they remade them for some reason. Then they made the next order completely wrong. I was going to let it be, but then they made the next order wrong as well. So I said something. They replaced one of the orders they made incorrectly but completely disregarded the other order they made. Which ended up being thrown away, as my daughter was unable to eat the mistake they made. They continued to take orders and completely ignored us and continued to take and prepare other orders. I have worked in food service industry for years and if it is a mistake on the part of a server or the kitchen, it is replaced not ignored and expected to still be paid for. I’m highly disappointed with the lack of customer service displayed.

Always enjoy stopping at Packs whenever we visit family in VA. This trip the soft serve was good, but cost more for less & cones were stale.

How have i never gotten around to writing a review? Packs is MY FAVORITE! Even when there is a line, they move pretty quick, their selection is a little overwhelming, but you can't really go wrong with any choice. Service is typically friendly, but they CAN sometimes be a little snippy. Understandable when dealing with the mass of masses. Overall qorth it tho!

We went there because Packs were supporting our kids 4 H club, by donating proceeds from Ice cream sales from 6-10 that night. But in true Packs fashion everything was delicious. We got a banana shake, peach shake, and 2 waffle cone ice creams. The staff were very nice and did a great job preparing everything. Would highly recommend Packs to anyone.

Soft serve is good but the snow cones taste terrible and they don’t have a kids size. I paid like $5 for a massive snow cone my toddler wouldn’t eat, which is unheard of. I tasted it and it tasted like chlorine.
