There was a small mistake with my order this afternoon... I brought it to the attention of who I believe was the manager, it being a small mistake I was a bit embarrassed to bring it up, but the manager and other employees immediately not only worked to resolve it but went above and beyond in doing so. I was extremely impressed with how they handled it and left the restaurant quite happy.

My experience overall with fast food service in general is to not expect...

Food was excellent, but the service was lacking. The lady in the drive-through was more interested in the ice cream man across the street. I didn't even get a biscuit with my combo.

Hadn't been here for 3-4months (after was our 20 years of sunday lunch) because food and service had changed ... still as bad, so won't be back for a while ... chicken HARD FRIED and tasted old ...
