Thank you so much Jenna for going above and beyond! I clumsily dropped my debit card when at the drive thru and she was kind enough to come out and grab it for me so I wouldn't risk damaging my car <3
Chicken was hot, crunch, perfectly spicy. I got a mixed, spicy chicken only box and all of the pieces were consistently large size. Even the drum sticks. Drove 4 miles home, chicken maintained in box perfectly. One of the better Popeyes I've had, and I have eaten this all over the world, including at several Popeyes food conventions. Truly impressed with this small town Popeyes!!
There was a small mistake with my order this afternoon... I brought it to the attention of who I believe was the manager, it being a small mistake I was a bit embarrassed to bring it up, but the manager and other employees immediately not only worked to resolve it but went above and beyond in doing so. I was extremely impressed with how they handled it and left the restaurant quite happy.
