Starbucks Coffee near Shenandoah University is a busy spot with friendly baristas. The customer service is exceptional, with baristas going the extra mile to make customers and even service dogs feel welcome. While the drinks are good, the drive-through speaker can be hard to hear at times. Some find the baristas' attempts to be personable a bit forced, but overall, it's a pleasant place to grab a coffee.
