I visited the bakery a week prior to a bridal shower to select and pay for two dozen cookies. Upon returning on Saturday morning to pick up the order, It was not completed. The bakery offered to prepare cookies, which we came back later and waited an additional 20 minutes for. The final product did not meet my expectations as cookies appeared to be decorated in a manner inconsistent with professional standards. I was left, feeling disappointed with the overall experience.Due to the delay in the preparation of the cookies, I regret to inform you that I was unable to personally collect them. As a result, I arranged for someone else to retrieve them on my behalf.

The strawberry, banana filling cake that was prepared me that I picked up thanks alot it was soft, moist and very delicious.. everyone loved it. This is the bakery I will be coming too for all my cakes!!!!

I bought 12 cupcakes and they were small and cost $30! Total rip off. They used to be awesome with big beautiful cupcakes but they have went down hill and its very disappointing!

I came in to the store - first time ever - late Saturday, about a half of an hour before they were closing, and I needed 2.5 dozen cupcakes for a work event on Monday. The staff (possibly owner) was extremely accommodating, and despite my believing I was going to be out of luck obtaining that many cupcakes on such late notice, the staff asked if I had a few minutes to wait, and they were able to provide me the full order, with advice on how to store them for Monday. I was super impressed, and so very grateful for the quality of service. Monday came and the party went off without a hitch, and everyone truly loved the cupcakes, stating they were really delicious. I spread the word to our work staff of where the cupcakes came from, giving directions as to where to find the business, and will recommend Sweet Tooth Bakery to anyone who asks about a great bakery in Winchester! Thank you, so much Sweet Tooth Bakery staff, for what you do, for your wonderful service, and for being so graciously accommodating! I really really appreciated it! Perfect!

I have been a faithful customer for a minimum of 20 years and since new management has taken over the entire business has completely declined. From the quality in taste to the friendly service. I tried to give my all time favorite bakery another chance and requested a fresh order of cookies for an event and was informed that would only accommodate me with 2 day old cookies because they don’t and won’t bake new ones. This new sweet tooth is a joke. Terrible customer service poor attitudes and now bad taste because clearly everything is old that they sell. I never thought in a million years I’d lose my favorite bakery.
Awesome little bakery, they made a beautiful cookie cake for me. My wife enjoyed them. Super responsive through email.

Went in today for my birthday because I had seen their great pictures online.The shelves were more than half empty, the chocolates are an average of $26 a pound and I spent $13 on 4 cupcakes that are on the smaller side and a little stale. The place was clean though, and the associate I dealt with was pleasant, so there's that.(One of the cupcakes is missing from the photo because I had to try one first and the quarter is for scale.)

I ordered a cake for 25-30 people, I will be lucky if it serves 15 folks. Oh, did I mention the cake box was so big it would not fit on the back seat of my car. I was told, "sometimes we run out of stuff." So watch out Sweet Tooth customers, if they don't have a needed ingredient for your order, oh well!#very Disappointed!

We ordered 42 safari themed cupcakes for our daughters 2nd birthday! Everyone was very kind, and the price was amazing. The cupcakes turned out exactly the way I hoped. I’d highly recommend them if you’re like me and don’t want to spend 8 hours in the kitchen trying to do what they did! :)
