Sweet Tooth Bakery is a must-visit spot in Winchester, known for their delicious and safe treats. Their "elegant sunflower cake" is a popular choice, beautifully recreated from a picture. The bakery's strawberry banana filling cake is soft, moist, and loved by all. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service, especially those with allergies who feel safe indulging in the tasty food. Recently, some visitors have noted that while the cannoli were tasty, they wished for more filling, as the tips were only filled. There have also been comments on the artistic quality of the cakes, with a customer mentioning a cake made last year that was more artistic than what they received this time. However, others have praised the bakery for its delicious cakes and nice selection of cupcakes and pastries, highlighting the kind and helpful staff. Whether traveling from out of town or locally in Roanoke, Sweet Tooth Bakery's reputation for delectable cakes reaches far and wide. It's the go-to place for all cake needs!
