Food is usually great. Prime rib is very hit or miss here. Biggest complaint is, as with all Texas Roadhouses, is that their entrance and ext design sucks. Try leaving any of these places on a weekend after 5pm. The whole entrance is packed coming in lined up thru both doors and you have to walk thru that leaving. The sad part is they all have an exit door that would work but they don’t use it! New design desperately needed!

We are from N.Y. looking for a good prime rib, we were sat with no service for over 15mins then found out they sat us where no waitresses where a signed. We asked 3 workers walking by whats going were not waited on, no water? So one gentleman said i will wait on you. Got our meals minus the salads had to ask for them. Got one prime rib that was an end piece totally burnt when medium was requested. They where good about bringing out another piece but geez all the inconsistencies but we kept our cool.. took 2hrs for that meal

Everything is always great! One of our favorite places for steak, prime rib, or a quick bowl of chili all with amazing rolls. Only one bad experience ever and we hit a lot of Texas Roadhouses; at the Orange City,Fl location.
Put in a pick up order online and when I arrived to get my food there was a big group of people in front of the pickup window smoking cigarettes. Knocked on the employee only door and asked for my food and told them why and they said I had to walk around to the front window. After getting in the car they bought my order out to me. Called and made a complaint to the manager and you could tell by his voice that he wasn’t going to do anything about it. When we got home to eat half of one of our meals was missing. Called in again and they said they would refund for that meal. We will see if they do or not. Will not be going back there again.

My husband and I absolutely love coming here! Everyone is great and treats us like family. If we can, we ask to be seated in Jamie’s section. He and my husband, Jason, have so much in common and it feels like we have known him for a life time.. everyone enjoys our one year old and always plays peekaboo with him! He loves the busser ( I think his name is Francisco), he is able to distract our son long enough for me to get a couple bites of my food! 100/10 !Kid-friendliness: Every staff member that we have encountered has always been great with our son! Whether it is playing peekaboo, giving a high five or blowing a kiss back to him.. they are always welcoming and willing to help in any way!
