Texas Roadhouse is a chain restaurant, so the menu is a known quality, which is very good. What is variable is the service, and at this location the service was great. We were seated immediately, promptly greeted by our server, our food came quickly and the server made sure our drinks were full.
Always good food and service. However, we will be requesting not to sit in the newer section of the restaurant (the enclosed room near the front). The restaurant is always loud, but it was really ridiculous in the room. Our server said they can't control it, which I find odd. I think it would be better if the speakers weren't directly facing down towards the tables, but our family basically didn't talk during dinner except to the person sitting right next to us.
Layover for work 2 weeks ago led me here for dinner. I had 20oz ribeye loaded baked potato and green beans. Steak was cooked to perfection literally melted in my mouth. What made this visit special was my server Mariah. She was a pleasant surprise with a warm and welcoming personality. She was very attentive and was well versed with the menu/drinks options. It's a good day when you're an out of towner yet your treated like a regular. This young lady should be commended...
