I order from here on DoorDash fairly frequently. Always delicious and a good value. However, this note that was included in my last delivery when some of the stuff I ordered was out of stock inspired me to write this review. This is true customer service and far too often it’s not appreciated till it’s gone. Thank you to the staff and whomever wrote this for their thoughtfulness. Honey Baked Ham corporate should use this as an example of how to treat customers....
This is the second year that we have gotten HoneyBaked Ham for one of our holiday meals. The ham is absolutely wonderful! I love that it's pre-sliced and you don't have to heat it if you don't want to, I prefer to heat it. I also got several of the side dishes.. pretty easy. You just pop them in the oven. Take them out part way through & stir. It's wonderful. So easy! Makes my holidays much happier!
