Writing my review based on take out. Wife said she liked the atmosphere and wants to go for dinner at some point. Food was great. We had a meat lovers and a burger with fries. My wife loved her burgers I personally hate fries when they are steak fry style, however these were the best steak fries I have ever had. Didn't eat her burger but man was she stingy with them fries. #1 I am deathly allergic to shellfish. This is THE FIRST place locally (counting Roanoke & Franklin County) to cook my food not only separately, but to use a separate fryer. Hats off to you Napoli Cowboy for real!

It was kinda cold n there. Had to keep my jacket on.
The waitress was very patient & kind. She was wonderful.
I got the classic hamburger...was greasy and made it too hard for me to eat. I did try cutting it n two but wasn't a pleasant experience. I would suggest ordering something else if u have a small mouth. Mayb the pasta or pizza.
