“I have tried a lot of bbq. In fact I was just in Kaua’i last week at Chicken in a Barrel. There pulled pork was moist,on the other side of the spectrum is Piggy went a Smokin BBQ. Their pulled pork was flavorful but not as moist. Refer to my other review of Chicken N a Barrel. So I guess what I’m saying pulled pork is vastly different everywhere you go. All that said I respect the local way of smoking it and the maple and cherry wood use definitely comes through I just prefer mine a little more wet if that makes sense.The house sauce was on point.The gentleman that helped me with my order gave me a free taste of the fried catfish! That was super cool. The catfish was the best I have ever had. The Mac salad was pretty solid. The Mac n cheese was decent. The beans were okay.All in all this was a cool place.I would definitely go back!“
“Ribs were great. I am very critical when it comes to bbq. The brisket was good. However I think it needed a little more smoke. The smoked bologna was better than I expected. I will definitely order that again.The Mac and cheese was disappointing.I am still waiting to try the cinnamon roll cheesecake cake, but how could you go wrong right?!The service was excellent!!!!All in all I would definitely go back!“
“Catfish bites are the best around. You can get so much food for the one order and the rest of the fruits and vegetables for supplies and canning. I highly recommend you just stop by and see how fresh everything is and order just one platter. You will love it and come back for more“
