My wife ordered Pad Thai on June 6 and specifically requested no peanuts because of her dietary needs. Unfortunately, the order still came with peanuts. She called the restaurant that day, and they apologized and told her that they would give her a replacement on our next visit.
When she called today to redeem it, no one knew anything about the previous conversation. After explaining the situation again, they finally agreed to remake the dish. However, the replacement Pad Thai was very bland and had no flavor it was disappointing.
I appreciate that they eventually honored their promise, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I hope they improve communication between staff and pay more attention to customers’ special requests, especially when they involve food allergies or dietary restrictions.

I love the server. She was friendly and help me choose my food as I don't just east food, and I end up liking my food and ate it all.

The food doesn't taste bad but the crab fried rice is now egg and rice with a few very small dust of crab.

Our family favorite Thai spot, the ladies here are very sweet and our favorite dishes are their thai beef salad, drunken noodle and fried rice! Everytime, it's perfection! Highly recommend! See yall again bangkok!

We ordered pineapple fried rice and specifically asked for no nuts because of a nut allergy. When we got home, the food still had nuts in it, which meant my fiancée couldn’t eat it and could have ended up in the hospital if she hadn’t noticed.

When we called the restaurant, we were told we had to drive 15 minutes back with the food in order to get a refund, even though the mistake happened in the kitchen.

To their credit, they did give us a full refund once we returned. However, what made the experience worse was that there was no real ownership or accountability for a serious allergy-related mistake. Food allergies are not a small issue, and restaurants should take requests like that very seriously.

If you or someone in your family has a food allergy, I recommend double-checking your order before leaving.

I used to love coming to this place. The food was always delicious and the staff was friendly. However, lately the food quality has declined significantly, and when there is an issue with the food, they try to make you jump through hoops to get your order fixed. I’ll be finding a new Thai place going forward.

I don't know what is exactly wrong with this place but it's not authentic for my experience of Thai food in other parts of the country such as any major city like Chicago, San Francisco or Dallas.

For one, the vegetables in the dish are frozen or otherwise extremely unfresh. Two the sauces taste pre packaged like it's from the grocery store. Pad Thai shouldn't be red.

To be honest, it sort of taste like another Asian cuisine that's trying to serve Thai food. None of the flavors taste right. They're either too bland (and I don't mean spice) or the wrong cooking sauces. Also when you ask for spice they just add chilli flakes without adding other kinds of ingredients.

The only thing I can remotely stomach is the green curry. It's passable. Everything else tastes weird and I don't recommend.

Good. Will be epic slow on weekend nights due to popularity (add 20-30 mins to any online order time min). If after 6pm best to avoid. Less oily compared to others in area with solid wide noodles. We have eaten here many times and its consistently good. Sucks it takes a very very long time to receive orders.

Food was delicious, I highly recommend the drunken noodles, the basil fried rice and the cashew chicken. One of the best Thai food frim any thai restaurants I've ever eaten from, everything tasted fresh.
