Had a lovely birthday celebration for my mom. This is such a gem of a restaurant and easily the best spot in Woodbridge. Rivals most of the upscale French cuisine in Washington DC. Carlos was wonderful and made my mother feel special.
This was my first time coming to Bistro L'Hermitage, and they did not disappoint. The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. I didn't get the name of my servers but they were all amazing. I had the lobster bisque with sherry cream (superb) and the pan seared salmon with orzo pasta and baby spinach in a pesto broth (outstanding) and finished with the classic crème brûlée (amazing).
