I ordered pick-up for my boyfriend and I, went inside to grab our food and when I checked it in the car both of our bowls were made incorrectly. This is by far my favorite CAVA location! The staff here are some of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. I usually visit on the weekends, and every time I come in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and amazing energy. The ladies and gentlemen working the line are always wonderful, and they consistently make my lunch experience such a positive one.

Yesterday was my first time trying Cava. I went because my daughter goes there often and loves it. I ordered a very boring bowl not really knowing what to try. Rochelle, whom I think is the manager there, asked me to reconsider some of their toppings to add. I added two toppings and MY GOODNESS the food was just as amazing as the service!
