I give the Chick-fil-A a solid four stars.

This location is right off the I-95 exit and sits in a can’t-miss spot, which makes it convenient—but also very busy. The general manager has clearly invested in renovations to improve both the appearance and traffic flow, and those updates do help. However, the relief is short-lived, as traffic quickly builds back up and getting in and out of the lot can still be challenging during peak times.

That said, the food is consistently prepared well, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient—very much in line with what Chick-fil-A is known for. Outside of navigating the traffic, there are truly no issues with this location.

Overall, a strong and reliable Chick-fil-A experience with excellent service—just be prepared for congestion when visiting.

The drive-through is incredibly slow at this location. Also, they can’t make modifications to salads because of allergies, which I’ve never heard of it any other Chick-fil-A. Additionally, they tried to up-charge me for downgrading my bun from a whole wheat bun to a regular honey bun, which usually gives a discount, but they up-charge for that. Lastly, I was not asked if I wanted any sauces, nor did they include the regular Honey roasted barbecue Sauce with my grilled sandwich. Won’t be returning here.

I am presently working in Woodbridge on a temporary assignment and needed a quick meal. I ordered thru the app then headed to the restaurant. I arrived in the mobile drive thru and was greeted by a greeter. I asked was the location the correct one and the greeter was unsure. I asked the address, again the greeter was uncertain. Lo and behold, after a bit, the greeter found my order. He claimed that he pulled it from another location but when I looked again at my order they the app, I was at the correct location. Food was good, and even the unknowing greeter was kind. No complaints here!

Always a pleasant experience at this location. However, I believe that this location and the Lake Ridge location share the same owner and the experience is very different. I have been trying to resolve an order issue since late October 2024. I’ve been to the restaurant, then told to call Chick Fil A cares. I’ve contacted them at least 5 times and they just say that they will share with the owner, but no resolve. This is very disappointing. My first job was CFA. I was a Jr manager at 15 years old, so I know and appreciate the Chick Fil A way. At this point, I want to see this through because it has been such a challenge and it shouldn’t be. Would love someone to finally reach out about this.

Worst chickfila experience in a long time! The night shift on Jan 2, 2025 at 930pm was terrible. The fries were cold and portioned incorrectly and Customer service is severely improperly trained in how to support customers.

We arrived via drive thru with different families in our car. We placed our entire order and simply asked that each order be bagged separately for ease of distribution in the car. The waitress said we had to ask them at the window. We asked for her to ask over the headset so the order would be ready when we pull up as we are on a road trip and need to keep time. She said no, we'd have to cancel the order place and pay for every order separately. So. We did. Absolutely ridiculous. She backed up the entire drive thru line and we had to make 5 transactions when our order was initially completed. We wasted time, and had a terrible customer service experience. On top of that once we got our food, the fries were cold and in edible.

Outside of the restaurant, the lights are BEAUTIFUL! That's why they get 1 Star.

Horrible service. They refuse to take a drive through order without the app. Even without bring able to place an order I had to wait in line half an hour to get out. There is no Chick Fil A north of Richmomd worth going to.

I don't know who’s handling the night shift here, but they are clearly doing a horrible job if I'm not the only one complaining about it. This is the first time we have come at night, and they refused to accommodate my husband’s dietary restrictions. He tried to eat around the item, but it was nearly impossible, and he didn't finish his whole meal. He was extremely unsatisfied after we left this location and disappointed, since he had been accommodated at other CFAs without any issues, and even at this exact location during the day shift. Their night shift service is horrendous, and the food is not up to par. We are never stopping here again.
