Worst one in the area to navigate and my Lemonade tea was trash! Straight up watery. The drive around drive through was confusing and dangerous. I will stick to the other Chick fil As in the area. Sandwich and fries were fine though.

Order completely wrong ( was given wrong soup and just wanted it repkaced ) then when I spoke to Manager wasn't even fixed and was told I was wrong. Poor customer service. Worst I've ever received from a Chick-fil-A
A good place for a meal or a snack in the Woodbridge Area
Chick-fil-A is a popular fast-food chain known for its great chicken sandwiches and exceptional customer service. They focus on quality ingredients, Southern charm, and great tea. Chick-fil-A has garnered a dedicated fan base across the United States, of which I am definitely one. As of 2022, Chick-fil-A has over 2,500 locations throughout the country, making it one of the largest fast-food chains in the nation. There are over 50 Chick-fil-A locations in the broader Washington, DC Metro area, catering to the area's diverse population and visitors.This restaurant is located on the south side of Prince William Parkway and is just to the east of Telegraph road. It has a drive through and dine-in area. I have used both of these options. One my recent visit I actually ordered and enjoyed my food inside. THe staff was very friendly and the area was clean. The food came out quickly and was delicious, as always. The food is the same delicious quality food found at any Chick-fil-A location. The prices seemed reasonable for our current economy. Overall, it was a good experience with good food at a reasonable price.

This location use to be great unfortunately after many missing sides we’ve come to the last straw. They forgot my wrap and we only noticed after getting home. Tried to get a refund via the app and customer service but they said that it’s up to this location to issue refunds and that their hands were tied. We haven’t heard back from anyone in regard to a refund and I’m starting to think we won’t get one.

First time using curbside service. First time commenting. No issues with the service or timeliness. Sadly, halfway through my sandwich, found a long strand of dark hair in the sandwich. Took a picture for posterity as “hair strand” was not an option on the menu. First time this ever happened to me at a CFA. Not sure how this happens when cooks are wearing hairnets.

Of course, this place has a great drive thru, and it is usually packed. If you have time, order ahead and don't pick up at drive thru but in the phone order area or inside. They can't help that it is busy around meal time, but save yourself the wait in the drive thru line.

This is the third time that I ordered from this location. Why have the opportunity to order/pick up if you’re not going to have my order ready! Then tell me to cancel it! I will NEVER ORDER FROM WOODBRIDGE. Poor excuse for an pickup system

Customer service has ALWAYS lacked at this location. My wife had me pick up her order. When I was called up to get the order, a lady by the name of Norma just sat the order on the counter and walked away. The problem I had was the fact that I had 2 drinks along with the bag of food. She never asked if I needed a cup holder or anything extra. I had to call her back over to ask for a cup holder. Then, when she gave me the cup holder, she kind of shoved it at me and then walked away. She was very rude and dismissive. I never gave her any reason to treat me that way. I can't stand rude people. And what makes it even worse is the fact that Norma is a manager/supervisor of some sort. I don't care whats going on, I'll never order from this location again.

HERE WE GO AGAIN. had to edit my old review since u can’t leave more than one…. again the people in the drive thru, attitudes are crazyyyyy. STOP hiring lazy rude entitled teenagers. i used to work for this company and yeah you guys are uptight af but this location obviously doesn’t apply the same procedure and policies as the other ones because no one like that would even be hired. it’s chick-fil-a but giving mcdonald’s attitudes.
oh heckkkk no, those two girls outside right now (8/12 @8:30pm) need to be fired. attitude on 10 i can’t imagine how y’all get them to work
