I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I ordered a bowl, excited for a fresh, delicious meal, only to discover a long strand of hair tangled in my food. Finding hair in my meal was both unappetizing and extremely unhygienic, leaving me questioning the cleanliness standards of the restaurant. I had to stop eating immediately, as the thought of consuming the rest of the meal made me feel queasy. This incident not only ruined my appetite but also my trust in the brand. As a paying customer, I expect my food to be prepared in a clean and professional environment. It’s disheartening to think that proper precautions, such as wearing hairnets or maintaining high sanitation standards, may not have been followed. I usually enjoy Chipotle and value the quality of your food, but this experience was unacceptable and has left me hesitant to return. I hope that this issue is addressed promptly, as no customer should have to deal with such a disturbing and avoidable oversight.

Waited almost an HOUR from the time I ordered my food on the website for it to be delivered to my home. Not that far from the location, also the driver IGNORED my message that was sent to him and did not answer it. PLUS he failed to follow delivery instructions and didn’t ring my doorbell so I had no idea the order even arrived. UNACCEPTABLE!!! (Lucky at most I even left a damn tip.)

I ordered a rice,cheese,and steak bowl and got a bowl with barboca,jalapeño(fajitas),beans,and cheese.this was just a waste of money,I did notice the chipotle was busy but it’s their job!I ordered 2 more orders other than that for my sisters and it theirs was perfectly fine,chipotle step up you’re game

I am extremely disappointed . This is usually my favorite chipotle to go to. They ran out of steak and brisket before 6pm. They didn’t put a sign up or anything and I already started to make my bowls.

I got a takeout burrito and the service was good. The staff was kind and I had no issues whatsoever. I usually get a bowl but this time I decided to get a burrito.
I do think that the burrito gets packed mostly with rice more than anything else. I'm okay with it, it's just something to note.
The place was clean, and there were many people dining in.

Needs some night time management or something. The food scraps on the counter. Moving food for patrons across the counter of food scraps.

1) FOOD WAS RAW, the steak here is so unpleading and under cooked
2) I ordered a mobile order and they put someone’s else food in my bag under my nameBut the bowl said someone else’s name And when I told them and gave it to the right person they thought I was lying like check for yourself. Idk what’s been going on with them recently but this chipotle has not been feeling right. Daniel Stuart chipotle is so much better
I tried to ask for a refund both times because all the steak was raw, and they did not want to give me my correct chitoole order when they messed it up. I understand things happen but this is chipotle….

They be serving cold food every time I go here.

I found cockroaches in the men’s bathroom.

I must say that I have ordered online from this location several times and it seems like I'm eating more rice than the protein itself. Very little protein and with a bunch of rice is a little disgusting. I hope this location can improve on the service regarding the amount of rice being served when ordering online.

“Terrible Service and Price Gouging at This Chipotle Location – AVOID!”

I’ve been to Chipotle locations all over the country, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service? Absolutely horrendous. I went in excited to try their new brisket, but when I asked how much double meat would cost, they hit me with a shocking extra charge—over $7! I’ve never seen anything like that at any other Chipotle. The staff seemed clueless and completely uninterested in helping me understand the price.

Feeling uneasy, I decided not to risk it on something I wasn’t sure I’d even like. But that wasn’t the end of it. The cashier was more focused on trying to be a smart-ass than actually doing her job. She could barely be bothered to get up and process my order correctly.

This was hands-down one of the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. If you’re looking for good service, or even a decent meal, steer clear of this location. It’s not worth your time or money.
