Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst Chipotle i have bought from in my entire life. I ordered online and my bowl looks like random food was just thrown in there and packed up. I got the entirely wrong order that doesn't even have any meat in it but all of my side orders were correct? You cannot even speak to a manager about this or get a full refund, your only option is a free entree, why would i like to come back and get a free meal when the first one was already messed up? This is is honestly ridiculous and you will waste your time coming here. You never know if someone is allergic to something and for the staff to just throw whatever into your bowl is extremely upsetting and unacceptable.

This is my favorite Chipotle location. I’m a newer Chipotle customer overall, so I’ve only been to about 3 other locations. My husband loves Chipotle and now I do, too. This place is my favorite because the food is fresh (and so good), the staff are really efficient and helpful, and they (at least when I have been there) keep things quite clean! That includes the seating area. When I’ve been, the staff have been very nice and they don’t make you feel bad if you need an extra moment to decide. Since a lot of folks pop in to pick up to-go orders here, we are often able to order without waiting. They have seating inside and outside. Also, shout out to the cool interior design touches for this location. I think it’s pretty cool, and I like the spacing. Only thing (which they can’t really control) is that the sun very brightly shines through the windows, which doesn’t really affect you until you sit down (if you eat in), so just wanted to add that. If you’re like me and have any sensitivity to light, just pop in when it’s either not a super sunny day or when the sun isn’t at its highest. <3

** PSA — Be careful in this parking lot though, for the love of all that is good- the lot is a shared lot between several stores within the same strip and a Chick-fil-a is near, making people drive insanely. Be careful, don’t speed (especially when turning into or out of the parking lot), and just stay alert; stay patient. The lot is a little small, but each time I’ve been there have been spots open. It’s next to three other places that, like Chipotle, have mostly to-go orders, so parking spots aren’t occupied long.

Surprisingly there was no line and all the food was fresh and fully stocked. The staff was extremely friendly and I was able to get in and out.

not very good service the girls working when you first walk in have a bad attitude.. i wanted to order 2 bowls with chicken and they just looked at said we don’t have any. i was willing to wait for it and she said they wouldn’t be making anymore … mind you its 6pm on a friday ?!

Wow! Over the years, I have accepted the food has gone downhill, but not here! We placed an online order on the way in and had a seat after hours of driving. The food-first of all hasn't looked this good, but hasn't tasted this fresh in literal years. 🥳 Needless to say, I'm very happy about our time here! My only mistake was diving right in before taking a picture to post with this review. Great job all!

One of my side item was missing. Also, when I bit into the rice, it was crunchy from salt. I was biting into the salt they sprinkled on top of the rice, it was so salty as if they didn't care.
