I order carryout here often. Food is delicious. But the staff is NOT FRIENDLY. No one ever says thank you. And the place is always filthy. Tables and drink area always look like they go the entire day without being cleaned or wiped down.

I go to this location often because it’s honestly the best in the area IMO, it’s usually a normal good experience, except yesterday (national burrito day), the entire line crew said they had no idea about it and I had to talk to the cashier about it (mind it, it was around 7pm so I figured more customers mentioned it throughout the day) they ran out of your basic veggies like the lettuce, pico, etc and had guac only available, I figured, hey since you guys have no veggies left can I at least get free guac, they gave me a resounding “NO” it’s extra, I said okay, fair enough, nvm, I take no veggies, I got to the cashier and told her that I would like to get my 2nd free burrito and she told me I can only do it if I show the app, which I did have my app on hand, then proceeds to tell me that I can only get more rewards points and not the free burrito, atp I didn’t wanna be a Karen or argue so I said aight, thanks.

Took my nephew to Chipotle for the first time. The Gentlemen working the register this afternoon was just a wonderful person. Helped the young man through the whole process. Great customer service.

I am kind of disappointed because this is the best chipotle in Woodbridge and yesterday and the last two times I’ve gone it’s been off.

The bowl was absolutely disgusting! This meal was almost $20 and was just disappointing! Rice was not cooked completely and other ingredients didn’t taste fresh. I am currently sick after eating this meal.

I ordered food for delivery 2 hours ago and the Door Dash delivery lady left me a message stating that she put the food in a safe place. Well of course I didn’t understand because there was nothing on my porch and she didn’t bother to ring the doorbell which by the way is in the instructions. I tried calling Chipotle and all you get is a computer aided service that will only take an order. I reached out to Door Dash 3 times to get this resolved and actually thought they would take some responsibility boy was I mistaken. One of the associates did try to reorder the food for me but what a surprise Chipotle canceled the order. You would think they would have reached out to see if I still wanted to order. You both suck.
