Cold Stone Creamery

This is the coldstone to go! Consistent every time and friendly staff. Finally tried something new and was, of course satisfied! Definitely recommend chocolate devotion- so rich and chocolatey😜

Came in today with my kids and my experience was wonderful! The woman helping us I believe her name was Crystal or Crysta she was so kind! Very sweet and patient with my children. Her pretty smile will keep our family coming in! :)

They made my ice cream good. I had chocolate cream with oreos in it and it was really 👌.

I never felt more uncomfortable in a store then this cold stone. This cold stone does care who’s in the store they are very inappropriate I was disgusted seeing a older employee being involved with a employee that looks to be a minor. The employee name was pauleen.

This cold stone is very unprofessional the manager Pauleen being inappropriately involved with a minor and disrespectful to customers. As a customer I never felt More uncomfortable in a cold stone before.

It was an exceptional service! The staff were attentive and welcoming, making the experience all the more enjoyable. As for the ice cream—it was absolutely delightful! I came yesterday and It was really busy when I came with my family but the workers were nice and quick even though it was really busy. There was a nice woman that helped us her name was paula or Pauline she was so nice! She recommended me flavors I was in the mood for. 100% would Come back

I have always enjoyed Cold Stone’s cake batter batter, but this visit was unfortunately disappointing. While I generally order via Uber Eats, this was one of the few times I decided to go in person. I’m usually very understanding and respectful towards food service workers, as I know they have their own challenges, so I always try to be polite.

However, on this occasion, when I ordered a Gotta Have It, the woman making my ice cream assumed I wanted two ice creams. I made it clear, politely, that I only wanted one, but there was still a bit of confusion. I also asked for hot fudge, but when I mentioned it, the response I received felt dismissive, and she ended up closing the lid without adding it. When I got home and opened the bag, my ice cream had spilled everywhere because the lid wasn’t fully closed.

Additionally, it took over 15 minutes to receive my order, and there was only one customer ahead of me. The workers seemed distracted and were not very attentive. The table where they mix the ice cream and prepare it was also extremely dirty, and they didn’t appear to clean it up at all. This is concerning, especially for people with allergies, and the spoons weren’t cleaned either.

I would recommend visiting a cleaner Cold Stone location if you want a smoother experience without these kinds of issues, and be sure to make your allergies known clearly.

I placed a delivery order via the Coldstone website. They forgot my waffle bowl and told me they would replace it and give me ice cream for the inconvenience. When I went to pick it up a couple days later, they no longer honored their agreement. The manager handed me an empty waffle bowl and said it's their policy to only give the missing item. I said I don't need an empty waffle bowl, since I don't have any ice cream refund it and she refused to give me money back. She spoke to the general manager who refused to honor what they originally said and refused to give me my money in the store today March 8th. I am a frequent customer that buys cakes and multiple ice creams at a time. If someone orders a pepperoni pizza you don't just get handed pepperoni.

I consider myself a loyal customer to call the stone creamery because my family all love it so every time I try to go to pick a cream, I go to cold Stone, but never again to this store , First the place was not clean at all the customer service was rude to us even when I asked to add some topping to my Ice cream they were rude and I Told them guys I am paying for this and I am ok with it but give me what I want, very bad experience overall but I don’t recommend this place for anyone else to be treated bad when you are paying them.

Great visit to Cold Stone! The ice cream was rich and creamy with plenty of mix-in options, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth a stop for a sweet treat!
