I love the ice cream here and the convince it is from my house. I always pre-order and pick up when I can and it's usually available right when I show up which is also nice. I've only had one occasion where I had shown up and I had to wait a little longer before my ice cream was ready.
Shout out to Yasev for going above and beyond to make my kid's day. You were so patient and kind to them while ordering, they wanted to sample some and you were just so sweet to them. We really appreciated you making sure everyone you came into contact with had an outstanding experience.
One of the best Cold Stones I’ve been to! I am from out of state and can honestly say I was pleased with the ice cream quality (oreo overload and coffee lover are my favs), service provided, and atmosphere. Definitely recommend this cold stone creamery location to everyone! I always make a stop here every time I’m visiting Virginia! This place will never disappoint:-)
