Caucasian male food court worker discriminated and treated my wife like a beggar cause she forgot to pay 19cents

Lots of negative comments and most people seem to want immediate gratification without having to wait. Take a number, or place your order and wait your turn. I admit the wait time gets can be a challenge, so plan accordingly. For the complaint of being denied access to the food court because you have no membership, buy one to avoid that issue, which also contributes to some of the food court delays. Being nice is actually free and does not require a membership.

This is the worst food court. They are so inefficient in putting orders out. It is normal to wait over an hour when they aren't busy, especially for whole pizzas.
Don't waste your time - go somewhere else.

I ordered 2 cheese pizza at 4:30 pm, they told me it will take 30 minutes but when I arrived there it was not ready. At 6 pm I asked them how long it takes but they told it will take 10 minutes more and they are still not sure if it will be ready or not. Another thing they don’t give any attention for the people and do not offer any help who are waiting to order at the counter. The service is very terrific now a days.

The cashiers' customer service is the worst they always ignore you and answer you bad thing if one were to ask them for something free I was Sunday 10/27/2024 at 10:55am on Woodbridge I wish the manager do something to stop it

no longer allowing nonmembers into the food court. The costco in springfield/lorton still allows.

Very dysfunctional group. Poor /lacking proper leadership. 20 minutes in line for 1 item - just needed 1 more worker, who’s a good leader to really make it work well. There’s never enough seating.

Last three times I’ve tried to order a pizza: 1. Sorry, we are not taking pizza orders (this was 2 hrs before closing. 2. 1hr wait for a pizza carryout 3. On hold for 10 mins, then informed of 45 mins wait for a pizza carryout. Food is one of the services that are included as part of the membership. Seems like you are unable to provide that service to customers in a timely manner. It’s time to add employees and for management to pay more attention.
