Filets. Sliced into strips, breaded, and then fried in peanut oil. Weighed after fried. An lb. of catfish is approximately 10 to 12 strips.

The best BBQ in town! Our family has enjoyed Dixie Bones for over 15 years. The pulled pork and collard greens are exceptional!
In addition, I have used Dixie Bones catering service several times a year for my Honoring Our Heroes events through my non profit organization and it is top notch! Food is always hot and fresh and loved by all who enjoy it!

Great food there! I had the pulled pork with beans and my guest had the buffet. The buffet is open only on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and it's about $15.95.
The place is very clean and the waitresses are very kind, professional, and polite. The food was very good as was the atmosphere. I'll be coming back for sure. If I could give you guys six stars I would. Thanks
