My family’s been coming to Empire for the last 20 years, even after we moved 30 min away, this is still our primary Chinese takeout spot. My biggest mistake was not leaving this review sooner. Food is always great, incredibly quick. Sure, prices have gone up but food cost doesn’t just affect consumers, it affects businesses too, so while not ideal, I get it. I'm not really sure why so many people rated this place a 1. This is one of the best carryout Chinese places I've ever tried and it's now a staple among my friends. From the shrimp toast, to the fried rice and lo mein, to the main courses, everything we've tried has been very good. For a quick carry-out Chinese meal, you can't do much better than this place.
